Although enjoying a similar location overlooking the Vineyard & River Crouch, Hall Farm Cottages and Mal’s Barn  offer very different options in terms of number of guests and style of accommodation.

HALL FARM COTTAGES

Prices are based on 1-4 people sharing a cottage. Over 4 people per cottage, there is a surcharge of £10.00 (low season) or £20.00 (high season) per extra person per night, up to a maximum of £60 per week.

Summer short two nights breaks are available at special prices. Ask us!

Mal’s Barn can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms.

Rates are not subject to seasonal variations.

Terms & Conditions

  • We ask for a £100 non-returnable deposit at the time of booking. This is payable by cheque or bank transfer. The remainder is due in full on arrival.
  • Please note that the above prices are given as an indication and may occasionally be subject to fluctuation during the peak season.
  • Each of the cottages takes up to 4 people. Over 4 people, there is a surcharge of £10 (low season) or £20 (high season) per night per person – up to a maximum of £60 per week.
  • Mal’s Barn can accommodate 10 guests.
  • Well behaved small/medium size dogs are only allowed in Thistle Cottage – surcharge of £5 (low season) or £10 (high season) per night, per dog.
  • Any breakages will incur extra cost.
  • Bookings can be made with Bookings.com or you can also contact us directly.
